What kind of monitoring is in place to ensure my relative is receiving the care we pay for? 

We operate “call monitoring” which is a real time GPS backed visit monitoring system, that logs and stores all visit made. Each service user is provided with an individually unique “tag” that is roughly the size of a 50p coin. This is located above the entrance door of the service users property, upon each arrival and departure the carer, will use a smartphone to accurately log the visit. 
 
This system will then automatically generate an invoice. To ensure the service user is receiving the care, we carry out reviews and supervisions with the staff & welcome any feedback either from the service users or family members.
